Vaporesso GTi Series Coils are the press-fit mesh replacement coils for the Vaporesso iTank 2 and the Vaporesso GEN 80S iTank 2 80W kit. Each pack holds 5 coils, and you can choose the resistance that suits how you vape.

GTi coils are a press-fit design: they push straight into the base of the tank, with no threading.

How to prime a GTi coil

1. Drip a few drops of e-liquid onto the exposed cotton through the coil’s side wicking holes and into the top opening.
2. Press the coil into the tank, fill the tank and let it sit for 5–10 minutes so the cotton soaks through.
3. Take a few puffs without firing to pull e-liquid into the wick.
4. Start at the low end of the coil’s wattage range and work up over the first few puffs.

Priming properly prevents the burnt taste of a dry hit on a brand-new coil.

Which GTi resistance should I use?

Choose 0.4Ω for a balance of flavor and vapor at 50–60W, 0.2Ω for denser vapor at 60–75W, 0.15Ω for maximum clouds and 0.5Ω for a flavor-focused, lower-power vape.

How long does a GTi coil last?

It depends on how much you vape, the wattage and the e-liquid. Sweet, dark e-liquids and high wattage wear coils out faster. Replace the coil once flavor fades or you taste burning even after refilling.
